|Hi, again, I hope you're having a nice day.
Table Of Contents
A study at Harvard School of Public Health found that "healthy" sugared juice drinks can jack up your risk of diabetes by 31%. Sodas are even worse according to this research-its risk of diabetes rises to 24%.
But we all know that, don't we?
In the market place are products with Orwellian, double-speak labels: Juice drinks that have not a single drop of real juice, natural products that are synthesized in a laboratory, medications that carry more dangers than cure etc.
In this atmosphere of profit at the expense of people, it is up to every individual to protect himself/herself by being informed. And believe me, information heals faster, and cheaper than any medication.
Because it helps you not to be sick in the first place.
By the way, did you know you can lower your blood sugar level by just consuming aloe vera juice?
And how about that plaque of civilization? I am talking about Obesity? Can you keep track of all the weight loss programs out there?
Now, if these program are so great, you would think they would have wiped put obesity by now. But the opposite is true-more people are overweight today than ever before.
You've heard about how it requires discipline and will-power to shed the pounds, and how you have to sweat blood and survive on foods that taste as delicious as sawdust. But that's all hogwash. That process does not work anyway.
If, in the process of trying to lose weight, your body feels deprived, you will develop some uncontrollable cravings that would eventually defeat the whole purpose.
You'll put on the pounds as soon as you stop the weight loss program. The body is just trying to protect itself in case you engage in that kind of foolishness in the future. You already know that from experience, don't you?
When was the last time you relished being forced to do anything? Why then do you think you can force the body to lose extra pounds by drastic means?
Remember when your mother wanted you to do something? She praises you, she might mention something you are good at and how proud she is of you.
What happened? You in turn are eager to please her. Your mother makes you feel good, you, in turn do for her!-a win-win situation.
What if we can use this knowledge to lose weight, without forcing anything, without getting on any program you have to get off of, and without any drastic change of lifestyle.
If such a weight loss program really exists, won't it make sense to jump on it right away?
Guess what, such an amazing program does exist. And you can get it here right away. http://www.nontoxiclivingchoices.com/weight-lossThat's it for now. Talk to you soon. Good luck. Teejay.
