Why You Should NOT drink Coffee

  • Increases risk of bone fracture, especially in women
  • Leaches Calcium from the bone
  • More incidences of miscarriage and premature births for women who are pregnant
  • Higher risk of Insomnia in some people
  • Stomach upset in some
