Why Getting a good night's sleep can save your life

Here is another research that warns about the health risks of sleep deprivation.

According to this research, one of the most serious consequences of sleep deprivation is premature death

But several months ago, I wrote a post-actually many posts-about the dangers of lack of sleep.

Not sleeping is a risk factor for erectile dysfunction! Not getting enough sleep will lower your testosterone level. But that's not all

If you don't get to sleep, you have a higher risk of being overweight.

Stroll through any street in United States-and some other parts of the world, and you see people of every age who are carrying 20-100 pounds of extra weight on their frame

This phenomenon happens to coincide with the prevailing habit of spending countless hours in front of television and computers, ipads, ipods, tablets-is that a pill?

We do not get enough sleep because we engage with these gadgets till the early hours of the morning

But sleep deprivation carries even greater risks
Sleepy drivers cause as many accidents as drunk drivers-and as deadly too

Can you imagine a sleepy deprived doctor operating on you or your loved one?

Here are some other consequences of not sleeping:

  1. Obesity
  2. Depression
  3. Heart disease
  4. Brain impairment
  5. Low immunity
  6. Low libido
  7. Fatigue
  8. Slow reflex
  9. Hormonal imbalance

And these do not even exhaust the list of the health risks of sleep deprivation

If you ask yourself: Why can't I go to sleep, the answer may lie in your unhealthy habits.

If you've been trying to lose weight without success, may be you need to get enough sleep to finally get fit

And if you're to poop to pop in the bedroom, you certainly do not dangerous testosterone drugs. You may just need to sleep on it

Here is a natural alternative to these poisons if you want to jack up your libido

If you do not go to sleep when you should, you may NOT have to worry about it for too anyway.
You would be dead shortly!

So says this research.
But even if you're not dead before your time, how about the risks in the list above?
