Best way to burn fat and get in shape

Losing weight without the pain

How about that plaque of civilization-obesity? Can you keep track of all the weight loss programs out there?

Here is a study from Harvard School of Public Health. "Healthy" sugared juice drinks can increase your risk of diabetes by 31%. Sodas are just as bad according to this research-its risk of diabetes rises to 24%.

Sugar is a major culprit in obesity, diabetes, heart disease etc.

But we all know that, don't we?

Products with Orwellian double-speak populate the market place-

  1. Juice drinks that have not a single drop of real juice
  2. Natural products that are manufactured in a laboratory
  3. Drugs that carry more health risks than cure etc.

In this atmosphere where profits trump people, it is up to to you to protect your health by being informed. And believe me, information heals faster, and cheaper than any medication.

Because it is best not to be sick in the first place.

By the way, did you know you can lower your blood sugar by consuming aloe vera juice?
There is always a natural solution, even though what's constantly in our faces are expensive synthetics, that sometimes do you more harm than good.

Weight loss hype

Weight loss programs are constantly in our faces in all of media

Now, if these program work as well as the hype behind them, you would think all of us would be slim and fit by now. But the opposite is actually true-more people are overweight today than ever before.

You've been told it requires discipline and will-power to lose weight, and that you have to sweat blood at the gym and survive on foods that taste bland. But that's not necessarily true.

A slow thyroid can slow down metabolism and prevent you from losing weight!!

A lot of overweight people do NOT actually overeat!

If, in the process of trying to lose weight, your body feels deprived, you will develop some uncontrollable cravings that would eventually derail your weight loss effort.

You'll put on the weight and then some. It's the body's insurance against you engaging in that kind of foolishness in the future. You already know that from experience, don't you?

When was the last time you relished being forced to do anything? Why then do you think you can force the body to lose extra pounds by drastic means?

The body has native intelligence. Using this intelligence, your body will get you to your ideal weight IF you give it what it needs

And these are some of what your body needs to lose weight and keep it off

  1. Good nutrition
  2. Adequate amount of sleep/rest
  3. Exercise
  4. Eating in moderation and stopping when your body tells you it's enough
  5. Drink plenty of water-sodas and coffee do not count
  6. Keep stress level low

What if we can use this knowledge to lose weight, without forcing anything, without getting on any program you have to get off of, and without any drastic change of lifestyle.

If such a weight loss program really exists, won't it make sense to jump on it right away?

Guess what, such an amazing program does exist.
